Description
INGREDIENTS:
Cane sugar, corn starch, WHEY, CREAM, emulsifier (carrageenate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), aroma.
ALLERGENS:
Contain milk and milk products.
PREPARATION:
CARAMEL CUSTARD: Dissolve 300g of product in one liter of water. Heat over medium heat by stirring constantly until it starts to boil. As soon as it thickes it is removed from the heat and poured into a pre-caramelized mold and allowed to cool to temperature environment. Once cold, it is taken out of the mold and served.
CUSTARDS: Dissolve 150g of Mix in one liter and prepare as the caramel custard.
PASTRY CREAM: Dissolve 150g of product in a third of a liter of water and prepare the same as the caramel custard.
PREPARATION SUGGESTION: The water can be replaced with Harifen Drink.

SHELF LIFE AND CONSERVATION:
24 months in a cool and dry place.
